"The Application is currently down for maintenance"

The 503 Response code from the 'API' or 'Login Page' indicates PCR-360 is currently unavailable. The most likely reason for this is that the application is currently set for 'Maintenance Mode'. This means that the application is presently unavailable due to planned activity. This activity includes:

  • PCR-360 is being upgraded
  • A backup of the system is being made
  • A backup of the system is being restored
  • An application patch is being applied to correct undesired behavior
