Editing an Existing Piece of Equipment
Note: This wiki addresses the somewhat rare instances where individual pieces of Equipment need to be modified. Users should consider deleting an erroneous Service and creating a new one in some instances as well. We recommend updating existing Inventory using Service Desk to reflect changes or moved Equipment. If a global edit for Equipment is needed, Users should make edits in the Catalog.
Go to: Main > Inventory > Equipment.
Manage Equipment Form
On the Inventory Grid, highlight any existing piece of Equipment and click the button or double click to record to open the Manage Equipment form.
Users can edit the Equipment information using the same procedure as Creating a New Piece of Equipment article.
