Service Desk Legacy
PCR-360 supports a Legacy feature that allows Users to import any number of Legacy Order/Incident records from other systems such as COMIT, Pinnacle, MySoft, etc. into a custom designed legacy table. This data can be searched, sorted, and reported from the PCR-360 Legacy grid. This means the information contained in Service Orders, Help Tickets, Incidents, etc. doesn't have to be lost when converting to PCR-360. This data can be imported from an old system for archiving purposes.
