Edit Selected

When a Port/Pin/Len is selected on the grid you may click the Edit Selected button to open the 'Manage Ports/Pins/Lens' form.

Delete Selected

By clicking the Delete Selected button on the grid will remove the PPL from the associated Equipment record and delete the Ports/Pins/Lens record.

Service Desk

If the Ports/Pins/Lens record is currently on a Service Desk item the User can select the Ports/Pins/Lens record and click the Service Desk button to see that Service Desk item. If there is not a Service Desk item associated with the record then the Service Desk button will return the and information box stating as such.

View Path

  • By clicking the View Path button, the User will open up the Cable: View Path report that the given Ports/Pins/Lens record appears on.
  • For a Ports/Pins/Lens record to have a Path associated with it it must first have a Status of Assigned.
