Reporting on Inventory

To access the Reporting section of Inventory, navigate to Main > Inventory > View/Report or Main > Reporting > Inventory. Click on any listed nodes to see a query-only reporting grid for the corresponding Inventory entry type (See image below).

Inventory Counts

Reporting functionality for Inventory entries is included in the Reporting section for the sake of convenience, as Users will likely generate these queries/reports on a frequent basis. Accordingly, these grids – which also appear in the View/Report section of the Inventory – cannot be modified.

However, all of the functionalities common to all other grids – in terms of reporting - apply equally to these reporting grids. For instance, Users can filter items on the grid, sort by column, and print grid reports. For more information on grid functionality, see the Getting Started: Critical Interfaces section entitled 'The Grid '.

Inventory Reports

Inventory Counts: A report on Equipment Inventory. This includes the amount on hand, pending, on order and average cost.

Warehouse Point In Time: A report of all the Inventory in a Warehouse for specific dates. Items are added with the 'Point In Time' button in Warehouses.

Warehouse Bulk History: A report of any 'Bulk actions' for any Warehouse.

Services & Equipment GLA: This report is shared with Inventory and includes both Services and Equipment with their associated GLA.

Services & Equipment Location: This report is shared with Inventory and includes both Services and Equipment with their Location.
