All Non-Requests

This Service Desk grid shows all the Service Desk item 'Types', that are NOT Requests. This is a quick way to see an overview of all Service Desk items that are currently being worked, their status, and their type. Users can edit individual items right from this screen using the 'Edit Selected' button.  This will open the form type of the (v1) Service Desk item automatically regardless of what type the Service Desk item is.
