View Bill

Customers are able to view their current and past bill cycles by clicking on the "View Bill" option under the Billing section on the main menu. Clicking on the link will open a new view bill page. Refer to the Viewing Bills section for information on interacting with the view bills page.

When viewing a specific Service on a Bill, any Department Hierarchy for the Service Owner will be truncated to its Owner's lowest level. Example: "Department > Division > Unit", would be displayed as "Unit".
