Directory

The Directory may be accessed by clicking on the link on the top right of the CustomerCenter navigation bar. The Primary Phone Number for the Contacts will appear in the Directory if that number has the Directory flag set, the Phone Service has its Directory flag set, and the Directory flag is set for the Contact. You may search the Directory by using the search field and you may also filter the results by using the Department drop-down filter. You also have the option to sort the Grid and in what order. All of these options may be used together.
