CustomerCenter Knowledgebase
The Knowledgebase is accessed by clicking on the link on the top right of the CustomerCenter navigation bar. All articles are displayed initially, but you have the option to search the Grid and filter by category or topic. You are able to give feedback on an article by clicking on a star to give that article that many stars. You can click on the minus button next to them to clear your selection. If you have not rated an article but other people have, the stars displayed are the average of these ratings in an orange color. Another way you can give feedback to an article is by writing a comment for that article. If an article allows comments,t click on the + icon in the far left column. The comments section will expand out with comments left by other users and at the bottom of these is a field for you to write and submit your own comment.
